  1. You can scroll through the entries in a document one by one, using the vertical scroll bar at the right edge of the Data Entry dialog box.  You can also use keyboard shortcuts:

  3. •  Command-Option-Up Arrow moves to the
  4.     previous entry

  6. •  Command-Option-Down Arrow moves to the
  7.     next entry
  8.  
  9. •  Command-Up Arrow displays the first entry
  10.  
  11. •  Command-Down Arrow displays the last entry
